Increase door head as client 6ft 3inches tall and had to stoop in most of the basement area.
In basement conversion, use a pumped waterproofing system and conceal below new wood flooring supplied and laid by SCS BEL.

Supply and fit new double glazed window and increase light through existing lightwell.

Insulate space with new ceilings, provide new electrics and lighting.

Open up stairwell to give a more open feel and provide balustrade.
